It's not advisable to travel to Amsterdam with a group and stay in the city centre, as of mid December 2023 are tour coaches not allowed in the city centre of Amsterdam as the current local government ( mainly greenpeople ) don't want to give acces to coaches to the center, that means when you have booked a hotel in the center than you have a problem and special elderly people as they need to walk a lot of they have to be transfered with small electrical minivans from example Ruijterkade coach drop off place next to the Central train station and than transferred to hotel this is very complicated because luggage and time consuming, its advise to book a hotel outside of Amsterdam and make coache trips to other tourist places and when you still have time te passengers can walk from Ruijterkade to city centre but also here again for elderly people very difficult as there are long walks to go.

TOUR CONDITIONS:

• All tour & transport prices are nett US Dollar per person, based on minimum 2 persons per departure.
• Depending on traffic and weather conditions, duration of tour & transportation may vary.
• Complimentary pick-up service will be provided from most hotels. Besides the pick-up schedule indicated in the information sheet, pick-up time will be advised to you at the time of booking. All tours will commence immediately from the last pick-up point. For private tours, pick-up time from your hotel will be advised at the time of booking.
• We will not pursue any activities for guests that are not in line with our animal, wildlife, and environmental protection principles. We’d appreciate it if you can refrain from feeding any of the wildlife during this excursion
• We reserve the right to cancel the tour if we feel the condition may jeopardize the safety of the clients.
• The traffic, weather, sea conditions and water visibility is beyond the tour operator control, duration of tour may vary.
• All tours are operated on free seating basis, in luxury air-conditioned car, MPV or mini buses.
• The contents of this flyer are correct at the time of printing but all prices, services and itineraries described herein are subject to change or withdrawn without prior notice.
• All tours sold are non-refundable. 100% Full Payment is required for all reservation.
• 100% Full Charges for cancellation / no show / early check out / amendments / any items in the package no utilized / unable to complete any visiting places or meals in case of arrival with late flight, missed flights or flight delayed.
• All arrangements for the provision of transport and other services are made by Tong Yan Travel & Tours, as agent only and neither this company nor any person assisting or collaborating with it is liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage or delay which may occur during the tour.
• For payment via draft/telegraphic transfer, bank charges imposed by payer's bank must be strictly borne by payer. In the case of short payment, Tong Yan Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to impose a surcharge of USD30.00 (excl. any charges imposed by payer's bank) over & above the total invoice amount.
