pm After lunch, our local guide, an expert in his town, will show us the city of the Old Town of Berne - a UNESCO World Heritage Site (UN#1)

Switzerland is famous for its watch making industry. Today we will introduce you to this very demanding tradition.

You‘re going to visit the next UNESCO World Heritage Site (UN#2) on this trip.

am La Chaux-de-Fonds is our first stop in the Watch Valley. Visiting the Musée international d‘horlogerie is the first highlight of this day.

pm In Le Locle we will visit the 2nd highly qualified watchmaker museum, the Clock-making museum Le Locle, Château des Monts.

Later in the afternoon, your first Hands-On Experienceis on. You will become to be a watchmaker - and assemble your own Swiss wristwatch! A souvenir which holds a lifetime. On our way back to Neuchatel, we will be driving the only „Jura Pass“ on this trip, the Col du Chasseral.

Today‘s topics are chocolate, cheese and wine.

am On our transfer to Lausanne, we will stop in Broc and visit the Maison Cailler. Experience will make you a chocolatier.

pm After lunch in Gruyere, the center of the famous Gruyere cheese, we will continue driving our next prealpine pass, the Col des Mosses.

Shortly before Lausanne, in the Lavaux region, another UNESCO World Heritage Site (UN#3) on this trip, we will introduce you to the secrets of Swiss wine.

The only natural resource available in Switzerland in large quantity is hydroelectricity.

am Along Lake Geneva we drive into Valais and over the Col de la Forclaz Pass to Chatelard. Here we change from our electric vehicles to the three different mountain railways that take us to the Emosson high alpine power station.

Before lunch we are allowed to visit the dam and are introduced into the whole system by a local specialist.

pm On our way back to Lausanne we make a stop in a vineyard. What we were told in theory yesterday, we will experience and taste / degust today.

Today we cross the Alps and drive to the Italian part of Switzerland. Our lunch stop will be in Brig. The unusual city tour will introduce us to old and new features of mountain life. Afterwards we cross the Nufenenpass, the highest alpine road pass on our route.

Today we have two option the challenging option 1 and the more relaxing option 2

Option 1)

Three passes drive For those who want to drive additional high alpine passes, today is the highlight of this trip.

We drive across three of the most beautiful high alpinepasses in the Gotthardmassiv; Gotthard-, Oberalpand Lukmanierpass.

Option 2)

If you‘d like to have a break from driving every day long distances, we have an alternative, which will show you the most beautiful sides of nature on the southern side of the Alps in Switzerland. From

Mergoscia to Campo Cortoi is approx 1:00 hr walk through the beautiful pre-alpine nature.

Later in the afternoon we all meet again to visit another UNESCO World Heritage Site (UN#4), the Castle of Bellinzona - Castello Montebello.

Driving back to the north side of the Alps, our next overnight stop is in Pontresina, next to St. Moritz.

am After crossing the San Bernardino-Pass, we stop in Bergün, where we discover the next UNESCO World Heritage (UN#5) , the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) Albula and Bernina Line.

pm After lunch we will visit the construction site of the new Albula tunnel. You will also be introduced into the world famous spiral-tunnels and -bridges.

Crossing over the Albulapass is the last driving section of this day.

Today you will get to know and enjoy the alpine nature.

We offer again 2 possibilities.

Option 1)

You come with the group of drivers and cruise the last 2 alpinepasses on this trip. The „driver group“ will cross the Julier Pass and the Flüela Pass. In Landwasser valley, resp. in the Zuegen gorge near Davos, we will experience / enjoy a real typical mountain-landscape.

Our lunch will be a classic „picnic“.

Option 2)

If you have done enough driving and would like to have a rest, then you stay in Pontresina and explore the breathtaking scene in Val Roseg together with our hospitality manager.

The route to the restaurant in the Roseg valley can be done either on foot, by bicycle or by horse-drawn carriage.

Later, for dinner we all meet again to enjoy the sensational view over the upper Engadine from the Muottas Muragl.

This will be the last day driving your rented Tesla.

am On our transfer to Zurich, we will use the car shuttle train travelling through the Vereina Tunnel.

pm In the eastern part of Switzerland, where the famous Appenzeller cheese has its origins, you will become a cheese maker.

Back to Zurich, we will cruise our 2 last pre-alpine passes - the Wasserfluh and the Rickenpass.

The last day is reserved for sightseeing (am) and shopping (pm) in the town of Zurich.

For the „non-shoppers“, we have planned an easy hike with a breathtaking view over Zurich and into the Alps (pm).
