The menus also include a variety of sharing platters offering family and friends the chance to enjoy old favorites and sample exciting new flavors together. There is also a selection of wines and signature cocktails available for guests, whether they are dining at Gong or in their own villas.

The Santai is an exclusive retreat, nestled in a quiet neighbourhood close to picturesque rice fields and local village temples but also just a short 15-minute drive from the shops, restaurants and buzzing nightlife of Seminyak.
The Santai offers something very different from the big hotels and resorts, giving treasured guests a truly peaceful and individual Balinese experience. They feel like this is their very own villa in Bali.
The small number of pool villas means guests experience highly personalised service from our warm and welcoming staff ‘family’ who will pamper them from the moment they check in. This is what we call hospitality from the heart, developed and perfected by Lifestyle Retreats over the years and practiced at all our properties.
Guests complete a ‘care sheet’ before check-in so our team can satisfy as many of their desires as possible. The Santai also offers a ‘shopping list’ service; guests tell the staff what they want them to buy or their villa fridge in advance and the team takes care of it.
