Family
Central to guests’ happiness and satisfaction at The Samata is the professionalism and dedication of our staff ‘family’. We treat all our staff family members with respect and they return it to us and to our guests.
Most of our staff family members are Balinese and almost every one has been trained and tested at our other Lifestyle Retreats properties, so they work with experience, confidence and a positive attitude, in line with the vision of the company.
Other staff members are currently being recruited from the local neighbourhood, which helps the local community and ensures that they can answers guests’ questions about local culture.
